While the app is very convenient and easy to use I see few areas that could be improved. One major issue is it sometimes doesn’t open and stuck at the start screen. Not even coming to the login screen. It’s a critical issue as I see. One other thing is you can’t download receipt later after making a transaction. Other than that it’s a very good app.
Neos is convenient mobile banking app compare with other banking app. It’s really user friendly with many functions. Good interface.
One issue found recently with password expiration. When our password expired we cannot reset it through the Neos and even it doesn’t give any errors. We have to sign in to web to update the password. I hope you will fix the bug sooner.
